The dust jacket shows minor overall shelf wear mainly in the form of some foxing mainly on the front primarily along the right edge of the front plus there is a small (less than 0.25") closed tear on the front bottom edge and another just like on the front top edge. A wonderfully iconoclastic examination of the American Revolution. The author starts with the colonists performance in the French and Indian War and how political leaders helped the colonies prepare for conflict then goes on to a play-by-play examination of the Revolution including: tax levies and the resulting civil disobedience, bloody scrimmages, upsets in favor of the colonists and the big battles that finally setteled the issue.
