An unread, tight, clean, sound copy in color wraps with very minor overall shelf wear with a very, very light crease along the front spine edge plus there is some very, very light edge wear at the extreme bottom left corner of the back cover plus there is some very light yellowing of the paper and the inside surfaces of the covers plus there is some light scattered rubbing of the covers. This number thirteen in the author's Cap Kennedy "Secret Agent of the Spaceways" series. Cap Kennedy pursues an ancient relic left over from the eon's dead Zheltyana galactic empire. It has been found on the feudal planet Naxos. This wold is rulled by a half-mad tyrant. The planet's ruler intends to use the discovery of the ancient relic to make her world the controller of hundreds of other worlds. The planet's scientists have learned how to use the relic to produce a pillar of atomic fire though it is not certain that they can manitain control of it. Terra sends the master agent Cap Kennedy with a scientific crew to try to gain control of the situation and remove the potential threat to Earth.
