CE3 - A tight, clean, sound copy in green cloth covered boards with black lettering and gold graphics on a paper label pasted onto the spine with minor overall sheldf wear plus there some light fading and yellowing on the spine plus there is some light soiling and rubbing of the cloth overall plus there is some light fading along the top edge of the front and back boards plus there are the usual library labels, marks, and stamps on the spine, top, bottom, and right outside paper edges (marked out with large green marker), front fixed endpaper, front and back free endpapers, copyright page, and first page of the foreword plus there is some glue staining on the back free and fixed endpapers plus there is a large patch (about 3.75"x6") of heavy surface damage on the back fixed endpaper from a library pocket removed during the library's withdrawal process. Edited with an introduction and notes by Harry Carter and Chirstopher Ricks. A survey of American private press activity as of 1960. This is one of 550 copies that were produced during the summer of 1960 from type set by hand and printed a page at a time on a 10x15 Chandler and Price press. 24p. SCW08818
